Our Vision & Mission
The “Yad Elkana” organization was founded to continue the dream of Elkana Yehuda Sfez הי״ד, a brave soldier who fell in battle in the Gaza Strip. Out of pain was born a mission, to fulfill his vision and carry on his path, a path of giving, love for others, and joy. Through a food truck that serves hot meals to soldiers, we transform memory into a living legacy of unconditional love, strengthening and supporting IDF fighters.
